We love our apartment! great place to live and we love our corner apartment. We also love that it is so walkable. My only negative thing is that the second gate seems to be broken a lot and the pool sometimes needs to be cleaned. But we love living here and wouldn't change where we live anytime soon!

From apartment hunting to closing on my lease, my experience with 1377 was fast and easy. Management are available for any questions or concerns via in person during business hours or email. The online option to view the layout of the apartments made it easy for me to choose my unit. And their move in specials are great compared to other locations I looked at. I would definitely recommend any of my friends moving to the area to check this complex out.

Great front office. Quiet. Friendly area. Near a lot of things that are walking distance. Also feel safe within the area that I’m in. Great restaurants.

I think the new management company is still trying to get a handle on things. They have started cleaning the hallways and public areas, which is good. Hopefully this is maintained and maybe increased. I would strongly suggest paying more attention to keeping the pine straw in the outside beds replenished, since dogs use them regularly, as well as more frequent trash pickups (currently the trash chutes are completely full and trash piled up outside the chutes which smells and causes roaches and probably rodents). Very unsanitary.

I haven’t moved in yet, but the process to move especially for being out of state the staff have been very helpful. Out of all the places I looked they made it feel like home and I can’t wait to move in

I have lived here for several years and this transition to Greystar has not been great. I don't know the new managers very well and I'm sure it's a transition for them . I really like the 2 maintenance men, Aaron (sp) and Jevon (sp) who are very nice and helpful. I also like Kimberly the leasing agent. Very approachable, so helpful, and kind. The hallways are dirty, there are dustbunnies everywhere. The previous cleaning person Isabel cleaned this place like nobody's business. The other thing that was very annoying, and not just to me, was the tenants were charged approximately $25 for changing services (Conservice) which is not our problem and a $15. set up fee for Conservice. Greystar should have absorbed this cost! I had an issue a month ago that I was charged $41.68 for a sewer bill. I am one person living in this apartment. Malikah fixed it for me but just very frustrating.
